This Agreement regulates the use of the https://advme.space website (hereinafter - «Site»), between the Site Owner ("AdvmeSpace LLC", hereinafter «Site Administration») and the individual (hereinafter - «User»). The site is managed by AdvmeSpace LLC, Krisjana Barona street 20 k-2, Riga LV-1012, Latvia.

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.2. The Administration of the Site may at any time unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the changes, he shall refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered to violate Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions, which cause or may cause disruption of the normal operation of the Site and the services of the Site.

2.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or arising losses or losses related to any content of the Site, registration of copyrights and information about such registration, goods or services accessible on or received through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, in which he has entered, using the information placed on the Site or links to external resources.

3.1. Users are prohibited from attracting traffic to their partner links Clickunder, Popunder, bot traffic. Also prohibited are any cheats (they include Incent, fraud, services, software, motivating users to perform conversion actions on advertisers sites, self-performing conversion actions on advertisers sites, etc.).

4.1. Failure by the Administration of the Site to act in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement shall not deprive the Administration of the Site of the right to take subsequent appropriate actions in defense of its interests.

The User confirms that he knows all the provisions of this Contract and accepts them without condition.
